Q: How do we create our apparel?

A: All of our products are made to order, which means the process begins once an order is received. It is then sent to our fulfillment center where it will be created and shipped out. Our designs are created using DTG (Direct to Garment) and Embroidery technology. This method of printing creates photo quality prints with durable washability.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Standard shipping times are 2-5 business days based on the order destination. However there are temporary delays on DTG and Embroidery products. DTG current fulfillment times are 4-9 business days. Embroidery current fulfillment times are 3-8 business days.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Customers can choose to add a phone number or email to receive shipping updates after they complete their order.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All items are print on demand which are considered custom, therefore we do not offer returns for wrong size or buyers remorse. Please use the size chart to be sure you are ordering the correct size.

However if there are any inconsistencies in the printing of a product design which lead to misprinted, damaged or defective products, submitted within four weeks after receiving your product it will be covered at our expense.

Q: Will COVID-19 effect my shipping time?

A: As it relates to shipping domestically and internationally, our carriers and partners update us daily. Please check this page for updates. We will inform you of any changes as they arise.

Q: How long are Hoodie Joe™ Gift Cards valid?

A:  Hoodie Joe™ Gift Cards never expire.
